Just when I'm scared and wondering if the Spirit thinks I am terrible and therefore doesn't want to work through me. Just when the frustration and negativity adds up... I hear you and hence the previous post.

I'm getting a pay increment that is more than what I expected, another boss asked if I wanna take on the role as assistant manager for a project! I'm moving on!
